We are looking for a SaaS Implementation & Demo Executive to join our team. The role involves product demonstrations, customer onboarding, SaaS account configuration, training, and first-level customer support.

This is a non-coding role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning software, understanding business processes, configuring applications, and explaining technology in straightforward terms.

Key Responsibilities

Product Demonstrations

- Conduct online product demos for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate relevant product features.
- Explain complete business workflows rather than individual features.
- Demonstrate journeys such as Lead → Form → CRM → WhatsApp → Workflow → Calendar → Follow-up.

Client Implementation

- Configure customer accounts based on business requirements.
- Set up websites/landing pages, forms, custom fields, CRM pipelines, WhatsApp/WABA, workflows, calendars, and related features.
- Configure AI and finance-related features where applicable.
- Test customer journeys and document configurations.

Customer Onboarding & Training

- Conduct customer onboarding and training sessions.
- Guide customers on CRM, contacts, opportunities, pipelines, WhatsApp conversations, appointments, forms, and workflows.
- Help customers become confident using the platform independently.





First-Level Support

- Handle basic customer queries related to account setup, forms, CRM, WhatsApp, workflows, calendars, and automation.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and testing.
- Escalate complex technical issues through the appropriate support process.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, customer onboarding, implementation, inside sales, customer success, or a similar role.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting online product demonstrations.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into software workflows.
- Willingness to learn new SaaS tools and platforms.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM, automation, WhatsApp Business, or similar SaaS products is an advantage.
- No programming or software development experience is required.
