JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a responsible Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation of the project management systems and controls required to support the effective execution of Offshore/Onshore projects.

Project Managers ensure that a project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met, and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Projects are usually separate from usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. The Project Manager oversees the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used, and the different interests involved are satisfied.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage 8-10 respective project teams under various models (e.g., fixed price, T&M;, deliverable-based, etc.).
- Ensure deliverables meet stakeholders' requirements while complying with Tech-Long processes.
- Meet or exceed revenue, utilization, margin, and client satisfaction targets through the successful delivery of consulting and implementation projects.
- Actively lead and participate in front-end sales cycles for significant new engagements.
- Define project management goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Build the core Project Management Services team through a combination of internal team enhancement and external hires.
- Present the implementation strategy to prospective customers, demonstrating the credibility of our delivery organization.




- Create new repeatable service offerings that streamline the implementation process.
- Participate in project governance and provide high-level quality control.
- Track and forecast the pipeline of consulting revenue and bookings for opportunities and existing engagements.
- Ensure the professional development of team members, keeping abreast of current and recent IT methodologies, development, and best-practice project delivery and consulting.
- Develop project management tools and processes; responsible for defining and managing the overall approach/methodology in line with industry standards.
- Develop and manage the change management process.
- Engage with customers and function as the management sponsor of key projects.
- Present directional ideas and strategies to the Management Team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Proven work experience in Projects and Services.
- Experience in site activities management.
- Experience in the beverage industry.
- Strong technical background.
- Able to travel (up to 50%).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to balance conflicting interests.
- Initiative-taking, with the ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to listen and respond objectively to innovative ideas.
- Strong management skills with the ability to coach and lead both virtual and on-site teams.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, find creative resolutions, and drive for results.
- Skilled in articulating and presenting compelling value propositions for service offerings.
- Strong knowledge in the planning and implementation of major projects.
