Key Duties of a Security Rounder

- Guard Supervision

Monitor and oversee security guards at different sites, ensuring they follow duty protocols and maintain discipline.

- Site Visits

Conduct daily rounds across assigned locations to check guard performance, site safety, and compliance with company standards.

- Attendance & Rosters

Manage duty schedules, attendance records, and ensure adequate staffing at all sites.

- Emergency Handling

Respond to incidents such as theft, fire, or medical emergencies, coordinating with guards and local authorities.

- Client Coordination

Act as the point of contact between the security company and clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

- Recruitment Support

Assist in sourcing manpower for new sites or filling shortages, often helping in the hiring process.

- Reporting

Submit daily reports on site conditions, guard performance, and any incidents to management.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
