About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and organised Event Management Interns to support the planning and execution of EGN Connect X International Exhibition & Conference 2026 and other education-focused events.

This is a excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management, stakeholder communication, event operations, and business development while working closely with industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with speakers, educators, exhibitors, and event partners.
- Assist with speaker invitations, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle calls, emails, and day-to-day stakeholder communication.
- Maintain event databases, trackers, schedules, and agendas.
- Support event registrations and attendee management.
- Assist with event promotions and social media content.
- Support on-ground event execution, coordination, and logistics.

Skills Required
