MIS & Performance Management Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical, organised and mature professional to support management with MIS reporting, business analysis, performance monitoring and documentation.

The role involves working extensively with Excel and Google Sheets, analysing business data, identifying trends and performance gaps, and following up with team members on performance-related matters.

This is not simply a data-entry or report-preparation position. We are looking for someone who can understand what the numbers indicate and bring important observations to management's attention.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers and management dashboards.
- Organise and analyse business and performance data using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Identify trends, patterns, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Track KPIs and compare performance across teams, employees and time periods.
- Communicate with team members regarding performance data, required updates and pending actions.
- Follow up systematically and keep management informed of important observations.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised business records.
- Convert management discussions, instructions and other unstructured information into clear written records and structured data.
- Support the CEO and management with reports, analysis, documentation and other data-oriented assignments.

Skills Required

- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, filters, charts and related Excel functions.
- Robust numerical and analytical ability.




- Ability to identify patterns and meaningful insights from data.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Confidence to communicate professionally with team members regarding performance and follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently and handle information responsibly.

Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience & Qualification

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, analytics, business performance, operations reporting or a similar role is required.
- Graduate in a relevant discipline preferred.
- Candidates with greater qualified experience are also encouraged to apply.

Experienced, retired or recently retired professionals with relevant backgrounds in MIS, banking, insurance, finance, audit, operations or management reporting are welcome to apply, provided they are comfortable working hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets and modern computer-based systems.

The ability to combine data analysis, good documentation and professional follow-up with people will be particularly valued.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹31,000 per month, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.
