Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation, along with practical experience in handling accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate books of accounts.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, receipts, and payments.

Prepare and maintain bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.

Record and verify all financial transactions and supporting documents.

Prepare Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance as applicable.

Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.

Verify expenses, bills, purchase/sales entries, and supporting documents.

Prepare MIS reports and other financial statements as required by management.

Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and documentation.

Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues promptly.





Support management with financial data, analysis, and reports.

Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping.

Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.

Good understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet and reconciliations.

Proficiency in Tally Prime / accounting software.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skil
