Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Draftsman with 3–5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC or MEP industry. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate HVAC drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and coordinating with project/site teams for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed HVAC layout, shop, installation, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop ducting layouts, chilled-water piping layouts, equipment layouts, and ventilation drawings.
- Prepare HVAC plans, sections, elevations, schematics, and detailed installation drawings.
- Coordinate HVAC drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other MEP services.
- Modify drawings based on site requirements, engineer/consultant comments, and project revisions.
- Prepare equipment layouts for AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, pumps, etc.
- Assist in preparing BOQ, quantity take-offs, equipment schedules, and material layouts.
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project specifications and relevant standards.




- Prepare and update drawings based on actual site conditions for final as-built documentation.
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HVAC Engineers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers for drawing-related requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, ventilation, and equipment layouts.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC/MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of HVAC shop drawing and drafting practices.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Draftsmanship, or a relevant technical qualification.
- Candidates with relevant HVAC/MEP drafting experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
