Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Network Engineer with CCNA certification to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the company’s network infrastructure, connectivity, and IT systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a networking professional who has hands-on experience with Cisco networking, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance, connectivity, availability, and security.
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, internet, and connectivity issues.
- Manage TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, routing, and switching.
- Provide timely IT technical support to employees and resolve network-related issues.
- Identify and resolve network outages and performance issues.
- Maintain network documentation, configurations, and IT asset records.
- Support network security and implement basic security best practices.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors when required.
- Ensure reliable and uninterrupted network connectivity across the organization.

Required Skills

- CCNA Certification is mandatory.




- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking, routing, and switching.
- Valuable understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
- Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and IT support.
- Knowledge of firewalls and network security.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–8 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer, Network Administrator, IT Support Engineer, or Technical Support Engineer.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Cisco networking and CCNA-certified professionals are encouraged to apply.
