TropiQs is a growing tropical food and lifestyle brand celebrating the richness of Tropical India. We are building a premium brand through fresh products, meaningful experiences, strong visual storytelling and community-led growth.
We are looking for a creative, responsible and confident Content & Social Media Lead who can take ownership of our digital presence and lead content execution from idea to publication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the monthly social media and content strategy
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, product launches and brand stories
- Create engaging Reels, photographs, videos, Stories and social media posts
- Shoot and edit high-quality mobile-first content
- Write captions and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Manage Instagram and other relevant social media platforms
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, creators and the internal team
- Guide people appearing in shoots and confidently direct content production
- Build an engaged online community and respond to relevant messages and comments
- Identify trends and adapt them creatively for the TropiQs brand
- Track content performance, reach, engagement and audience growth
- Cover product launches, events and brand experiences when required
- Take leadership and complete work independently with minimal supervision
Who We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing
- A strong portfolio of Reels, videos, photography or social media work
- Good understanding of Instagram trends, storytelling and visual aesthetics
- Ability to shoot and edit content using a smartphone or camera
- Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
- Robust communication, planning and team-coordination skills
- Confident, proactive, organised and comfortable taking responsibility
- Good written and spoken English
- Interest in food, lifestyle, nature, wellness or experience-led brands is an advantage

- Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
- Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio
- Additional performance-based growth incentives
- Immediate or early joiners are preferred
