Deputy Store Manager
Looking for a dedicated and proactive Store Manager to manage daily operations at KMC Mart, Sonapur.
Your responsibilities will include
- Manage and oversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock orders, and ensure products are properly displayed, rotated, and priced.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise store staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure the store layout and merchandising align with our branding guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Departmental Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or a similar leadership role.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
