- Manage the company's YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
- Plan and maintain weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
- Create, schedule and publish Posts, Reels, Stories, Shorts and other social media content.
- Research trending topics, content ideas, hashtags and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Video Editors, Designers and Content Creators for content development.
- Write engaging captions, descriptions and hashtags for social media content.
- Handle YouTube uploads, including titles, descriptions, keywords and basic YouTube SEO.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement and audience interactions.
- Track views, reach, engagement, followers and subscribers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
- Develop content strategies to improve brand visibility, audience engagement and online growth.
- Ensure consistent branding and communication across all social media platforms.
