We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, ensure excellent customer experience, and support the service and sales teams in maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Make regular follow-up calls to customers regarding service, repairs, deliveries, and pending issues.
- Coordinate with Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and collect feedback to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call logs, follow-up details, and CRM/HRMS-related updates.
- Inform customers about service schedules, maintenance requirements, campaigns, offers, and other dealership activities.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.




- Escalate critical customer complaints to the concerned manager and ensure proper closure.
- Support the dealership in improving customer retention and repeat business.
- Achieve assigned customer follow-up, satisfaction, and call targets.

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Valuable telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
