HR Manager – Generalist

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Experience: 9–10 years
Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month

We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist for our client in the co-working space industry. Candidates from hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, co-working or managed workspace environments are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and retention.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and performance management.
- Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of HR policies.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on manpower and HR requirements.




- Manage day-to-day HR administration and workplace requirements.

Requirements:

- 8–10 years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
- Hospitality/hotel or co-working/flexible workspace experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR functions in a fast-paced service environment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
