Data Entry & Administration

- System Management: Enter and maintain accurate product data, bill of materials (BOM), and order sheets in the company’s ERP system or Excel trackers.
- Inventory Logging: Maintain a digital ledger of received, issued, and balance trims/fabrics.
- File Maintenance: Organize and secure physical and digital buyer files, purchase orders (POs), and invoice copies

Executive Support to the MD

- Report Generation: Consolidate daily production, sampling, and shipment data into concise reports for the MD's review.
- Calendar & Communication: Manage the MD’s business calendar, schedule internal meetings with factory managers, and handle confidential business correspondence.
- Meeting Documentation: Attend high-level meetings with the MD, take precise minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items with department heads.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
