Objective

The Senior Executive (M2)– MBD will be responsible for driving business development initiatives for Integrated Waste Management (IWM) plants, focusing on municipal, industrial, and commercial waste management projects. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, proposal coordination, and supporting revenue growth.

Qualification

Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA – Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in IWM, MSW, C&D;, industrial and commercial waste segments
- Liaise with ULBs, government bodies, corporates, and private clients
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and support deal closure




- Coordinate with operations, technical, finance, and legal teams for proposals and bids
- Assist in preparation of EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and techno-commercial proposals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Support contract negotiations and documentation
- Maintain CRM, MIS reports, and pipeline tracking
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA – Marketing preferred)
- 4–7 years of experience in business development or sales
- Experience in waste management, environmental services, infrastructure, or EPC preferred
