- Aseptic handling: Ensuring strict sterilization protocols using autoclaves to prevent sample contamination.
- Culture maintenance: Culturing, isolating, and safely storing pure microbial stock cultures for testing.
- Waste disposal: Properly neutralizing and disposing of biohazardous laboratory waste according to biosafety guidelines.Testing & Sampling
- Routine testing: Performing basic microbial limits testing (MLT), bioburdens, and streak plating to detect bacteria, fungi, or yeast.
- Environmental Monitoring (EM): Collecting air, surface, and water samples within cleanrooms or manufacturing spaces to check for contamination.
- Sample Management: Logging, tracking,



and safely storing incoming samples under correct storage conditions. Documentation & Compliance
- SOP compliance: Strictly following standard operating procedures and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Data logging: Maintaining accurate, real-time records of experimental results, test temperatures, and parameters.
