Position: General Manager – Mall Operations

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Mall Operations to lead the overall management of a shopping mall in Colombo.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall mall operations, sales, marketing, and leasing activities.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive footfall, revenue, occupancy, and tenant performance.
- Manage leasing activities, tenant relations, renewals, and new tenant acquisition.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and brand activations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day mall operations, including facilities, security, housekeeping, and customer experience.
- Monitor budgets, revenue targets, operating costs, and commercial performance.
- Build strong relationships with tenants, brands, agencies, and key stakeholders.




- Lead and motivate the mall management team to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in shopping mall / retail / commercial property management.
- Robust experience across Mall Operations, Leasing, Sales & Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale malls and commercial assets.
- Strong leadership, commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in Sri Lanka or other international retail markets is an advantage.
