Position: Online Science (Chemistry & Biology) Tutor (9-12th Grade)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM IST (Fixed Schedule)

Compensation:

₹300 per hour (Grades 5–8)

₹350 per hour (Grades 9–12)

About the Role:

iTutormind is looking for passionate and experienced Chemistry /Biology Tutors to teach students from Grades 5–12 following an International Curriculum (IGCSE/IB equivalent).

This role is ideal for educators who can simplify chemical concepts, explain reactions clearly, and help students build robust conceptual understanding in an engaging online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct live, interactive online Chemistry & Biology classes

Teach topics such as Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry

Help students develop strong conceptual understanding

Guide students with problem-solving and exam preparation

Use real-life examples to explain chemical concepts

Encourage analytical thinking and curiosity

Provide constructive feedback to improve student performance

Maintain a positive and interactive virtual classroom

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Chemistry,



Biology or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching Grades 5–12

Strong conceptual clarity in Chemistry & Biology

Good communication skills in English

Comfortable with online teaching platforms

Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with International Curriculum (IGCSE, IB, CBSE)

Prior experience in online teaching or edtech platforms
