We are looking for a motivated Electron Developer Intern to join our development team and contribute to building cross-platform desktop applications.

Role Overview

As an Electron Developer Intern, you will work closely with our development team to design, develop, test, and improve desktop applications using Electron.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to real-world product development, application architecture, debugging, API integration, Git workflows, and software deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain cross-platform desktop applications using Electron.js.
- Build responsive and user-friendly application interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into desktop applications.
- Work with Node.js and Electron's main/renderer process architecture.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Implement new features based on product requirements.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, UI/UX, and product teams.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.




- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Test applications and fix bugs across different operating systems.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of JavaScript.
- Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Familiarity with Node.js.
- Understanding of basic Electron.js concepts.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or another frontend framework.
- Previous experience building an Electron application.
- Knowledge of SQLite or other databases.
- Understanding of IPC (Inter-Process Communication) in Electron.
- Familiarity with application packaging and deployment.
- Experience working on personal, academic, or open-source projects.
