We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance and accounts team. Freshers with a relevant degree and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, documentation, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Maintain and update accounting records, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and accounting statements.
- Support the team during GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding invoices and payments.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and follow company accounting procedures.




- Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the senior/manager.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime is preferred.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS is an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Educational Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or any relevant degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate:

- 0–1 year of experience in Accounts/Finance.
- Candidates who are organized, responsible, and eager to build a career in accounting.
