Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to support business development and client acquisition activities. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Marketing, excellent communication skills and a robust interest in building a career in B2B sales and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking and market research.
- Generate, qualify and follow up with potential leads.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the relevant team to identify suitable solutions.
- Communicate with prospective clients and introduce products and solutions based on their business needs.
- Assist in client meetings, presentations, proposals and commercial discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Support the team in achieving assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Good presentation and client-handling abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and professional email communication.
- Strong learning ability and willingness to develop a career in sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
