Job Title: Medical Charge Entry Executive
Experience: 3 Months – 2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Charge Entry Executive with 3 months to 2 years of experience in healthcare billing or medical charge entry. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering patient charges, verifying medical documents, and ensuring correct billing in compliance with healthcare guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter medical charges accurately into the billing/EMR system.
- Review patient records, prescriptions, and treatment notes before charge entry.
- Ensure correct application of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes (as applicable).
- Verify patient and insurance details for accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in charge data.
- Coordinate with coding and billing teams for clarifications.
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.




- Ensure compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulations (HIPAA standards where applicable).
- Support audit and reporting requirements when needed.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of medical billing and terminology.
- Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding preferred.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.

Eligibility:

- Experience: 3 months to 2 years in medical billing / charge entry / healthcare BPO.
- Education: Graduate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Mon- Fri working ( 5 days working only)

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
