JOB DESCRIPTION – FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Position: Forklift Operator
Industry: Industrial / Manufacturing
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skill
Joining: Immediate Joining

Job Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, shifting, and stacking materials.
- Handle raw materials, finished goods, pallets, and other industrial materials within the facility.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport vehicles as per instructions.
- Move materials between warehouses, production areas, storage locations, and designated areas.
- Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials without causing damage.
- Conduct daily basic inspection of the forklift before operation and report any defects or abnormalities.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, traffic rules, and industrial safety guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of material movement, loading, and unloading activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and maintenance teams for smooth material handling.
- Keep the forklift clean and ensure it is operated and maintained responsibly.
- Immediately report any accident, damage, unsafe condition, or equipment issue to the supervisor.




- Perform other material-handling duties as assigned by the site supervisor.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Forklift Operator in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Valid forklift operating licence/certification, wherever applicable.
- Valuable knowledge of forklift operation, material handling, and workplace safety.
- Ability to handle materials carefully and efficiently.
- Physically fit and capable of working in an industrial environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, skill, and interview performance.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in manufacturing plants, warehouses, logistics facilities, engineering industries, automobile industries, or other industrial environments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
