Duties & Responsibilities:

- Should be able to understand business requirements and statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Human Capital Management (HCM) – Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Travel Management, Recruitment, Training and Event Management – and do “To-Be Process” mapping in ECC/S4 HANA and ESS/MSS, Gap Analysis, KDS finalization, and custom development object identification/RICEF listing.
- Finalize the requirements of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specifications to the Technical team to carry out development.
- Carry out functional configurations in ECC/S4 HANA and ESS/MSS. Prepare test scripts. Do unit testing and development testing.
- Identify integration scenarios, prepare integration test scripts, and do integration testing.
- Plan and provide training to the Core Team and users.




- Manage master data and cutover data migration/upload.
- Provide post-go-live support for issues faced by users.

Minimum Qualification: Graduate – Engineering/Science/Commerce
Preferred Age Group: 25 to 30 years
Location: Ready to work at any location in India and abroad

Essential Requirement:

- SAP Experience – 3 to 5 years
- Team Handling Experience
- E2E Implementation Project(s) – At least 1 E2E implementation project handled independently
- Domain Experience – 1 to 2 years

Desirable Requirement:

- Degree – Postgraduate/MBA
- Certifications – SAP Certification
- Industry Experience – Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure Industry
- GST Implementation Project(s) – 1
- HANA Migration Project(s) – 1
- Rollout Project(s) – NA
- Onsite Support Project(s) – NA
- Offshore Support Project(s) – NA

Technical Competencies:

- Experience in E2E onsite implementation projects
- Ability to define the organizational structure to suit business reporting and control requirements
- Ability to do process mapping and gap analysis – RICEF identification and KDS finalization
- Ability to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, conduct testing, and deliver designed processes
- Ability to plan and handle data migration
- Ability to provide training and post-go-live support
