Spherox Learning is a growing organization operating across education, digital platforms, and new-age experiences, with multiple initiatives under its ecosystem.

We're looking for a Motion Graphics Designer Intern who doesn't just know how to animate, but understands how to make an idea move, communicate, and connect.

You'll work on real creative projects across our initiatives, turning concepts into motion-led content that captures attention and communicates a message.

What You'll Work On

You'll create motion graphics, animated social media content, reels, promotional videos, typography animations, transitions, and visual stories for different projects and campaigns.

You'll work with concepts, scripts, references, and creative briefs to develop engaging motion-led content.

You'll experiment with animation styles, pacing, visual storytelling, transitions, sound, and visual effects to make content more impactful.

As you grow into the role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of creative projects from idea to final output.

Required Skills

- Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Robust understanding of video editing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create clean and engaging motion graphics.
- Knowledge of captions, transitions, colour correction, audio editing, and visual effects.
- Strong creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, take feedback, and grow in a collaborative environment.

- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, or other social media platforms.
