Job Title: Store Head
Location: Sultanpur
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Head to manage and drive sales at our experience centre. The ideal candidate should have strong sales acumen, prior experience in luxury sales or reputed premium brands, excellent communication skills, and a presentable personality to effectively engage with high-end customers and represent the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day sales operations at the store.

· Assist customers with product selection and deliver a premium customer experience

· Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and overall ambience

· Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers

· Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities

· Coordinate with internal teams for seamless operations

Requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail sales or reputed premium brands





· Strong sales acumen and customer-handling skills

· Excellent communication skills in English is must

· Presentable personality with a customer-centric approach

· Willingness to execute company events and promotional activities

· Deep understanding of retail operations

Qualification:

· Graduate (Any Discipline)

Preferred Skills:

· Sales-driven mind set with focus on targets

· Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

· Ability to work in a premium retail setting

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mehrau;I, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
