Job Purpose
Manage a cluster for the Tractor Loans Business, including sales officers, dealers, market share, and portfolio management. Drive business growth through open market, refinance, repurchase, and branch channels.
Key Responsibilities
JR 1
Achieve Budgets and Market Share; Achieve monthly budgets and activate dealers for consistent business; Meet branch managers to increase branch numbers and secure support; Achieve assigned market share across brands and dealers; Portfolio and Delinquency Management; Manage RC PDD and control delinquency monthly; Focus on channels like open market, used market, top-up, and rural verticals; Cross-Sell and Penetration; Achieve cross-sell targets for secured loans and maintain CP/FP penetration; Manage the portfolio and ensure 100% direct agri business in the area; Wholesale Business and Compliance; Increase wholesale business through TA, CC & BG, and CF; Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to ethics, systems, and processes; Team Productivity and Dealer Engagement; Monitor sales officers' productivity and policy knowledge; Update sales officers on changes, advisories,
and notes; Visit elite and premium dealers with the credit team regularly; Competition and Strategy; Understand and analyze competition strategies to refine business approaches.
