Job Summary

We are urgently looking for an experienced Line Head to manage our production and assembly line for small appliances and tech/electronic products. The person will be responsible for achieving daily production targets while maintaining quality, productivity, safety and manpower discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day assembly/production line operations.
- Plan manpower and allocate workers as per production requirements.
- Achieve daily production/output targets and monitor hourly productivity.
- Manage line balancing, cycle time, WIP and bottlenecks.




- Ensure materials/components are available before starting production.
- Monitor assembly quality and reduce rejection, rework and wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase and Maintenance teams.
- Troubleshoot basic production/assembly issues and minimize downtime.
- Maintain 5S, safety and shop-floor discipline.
- Train operators/technicians on SOPs and correct assembly methods.
- Maintain daily production, rejection and manpower reports.
