Department: Maintenance

Work Area: Weaving, Spinning & Sizing

Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of textile machinery.

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

- Attend machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

- Carry out regular inspection and servicing of machines.

- Maintain weaving, spinning, and sizing machines in good working condition.

- Identify machine abnormalities and take corrective action.

- Coordinate with production teams for maintenance activities.

- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts requirements.

- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures.

- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in the maintenance area.

- Support machine installation, commissioning, and modification work when required.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical / EEE / ECE / Textile

- 0–5 years experience in textile industry





- Experience in Weaving / Spinning / Sizing maintenance

- Knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical maintenance

- Experience in Preventive & Breakdown maintenance

- Knowledge of Pneumatics & Hydraulics

- Basic knowledge of PLC, Motors & Drives

- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle machine breakdowns independently

- Knowledge of 5S & workplace safety

- Willingness to work in shift operations

• Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field • 1–5 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
