Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce professional to join a strategic healthcare technology engagement.

This is not a traditional Salesforce support role. You’ll be joining an environment where Salesforce is becoming the core platform supporting patient journeys, digital engagement, contact centre operations, B2B relationships and AI-powered experiences.

What you’ll be working with

The Salesforce ecosystem includes:

Service Cloud | Sales Cloud | Health Cloud | Experience Cloud | Marketing Cloud | Data Cloud | MuleSoft | Digital Engagement | Voice Cloud | Agentforce

The core platform and major use cases have already been established with an implementation partner. Your role will be to take ownership of the day-to-day platform, work closely with the delivery partner, and help continuously evolve the environment.

Your role

- Salesforce user, licence, role and permission management
- Platform configuration — objects, fields, record types, layouts, validation rules and Lightning pages
- Flows, approvals,



notifications and declarative automation.
- Data management, cleansing, deduplication and data quality.
- Support Salesforce data integration with the enterprise data platform
- Reports, dashboards and operational reporting
- User support, troubleshooting and training
- Security, sharing, field-level security and governance
- Sandbox, testing, deployment and release coordination
- Platform health, usage, storage, licences and automation monitoring
- Support connected applications and integrations
- Work closely with the external implementation partner and Salesforce where requiredWhat makes this prospect interesting?You’ll be working around initiatives such as

We’re looking for

✅ 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
✅ Strong Salesforce administration and platform configuration experience
✅ Experience working independently as a primary/sole Salesforce administrator
✅ Strong understanding of Salesforce security,



automation, data and release management
✅ Experience working alongside an external Salesforce implementation partner
✅ Agentforce and Health Cloud experience is highly advantageous
✅ Strong communication, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, close to the business, and accountable for keeping a complex Salesforce environment healthy while helping shape what comes next.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce professional who is comfortable working independently, understands both administration and development, and enjoys solving business problems through technology.

The ideal candidate should have a "Understand → Improve → Automate" mindset and be capable of taking an existing Salesforce ecosystem, understanding how it works, and continuously improving it.
