We are looking for an HR Intern / Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Understand JDs and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Handle IT, Non-IT, bulk, and niche hiring.
- Support the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with an HR background are welcome.
- Prior recruitment internship/experience is an advantage.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,919.27 per month
Work Location: In person
