Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Good understanding of e-commerce workflows, order cycles, product management, third-party integrations, and customer journeys.




- Familiarity with popular platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or headless e-commerce architecture is highly beneficial.
- Basic project management principles and client communication techniques.
- Awareness of digital commerce KPIs like conversion rate, cart abandonment, product taxonomy, etc.
- CRM, task management, or communication tools like Trello, Asana, Slack, ClickUp, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Business analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
