About the Role

Casagrand is looking for an experienced and proactive Planning Manager to manage project planning and scheduling for our large-scale residential construction projects at Tada – Sri City. The candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying delays, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain master project schedules, baseline programmes, detailed schedules, and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and highlight deviations and delays.
- Identify critical path activities and develop recovery plans wherever required.
- Coordinate closely with Project Execution, Design, Procurement, Contracts, QS, MEP, and other internal teams.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to achieve planned milestones.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Prepare and monitor S-curves, progress reports, productivity reports, and variance analysis.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings with project teams and contractors.
- Develop catch-up / mitigation plans for delayed activities and follow up on implementation.
- Monitor manpower, material, equipment, and other resources against project requirements.
- Review contractor programmes and track their performance against agreed timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation of project schedules, milestones, delays, and recovery actions.




- Provide regular updates to the Project Head / Senior Management regarding project progress and schedule risks.
- Ensure effective coordination between planning and execution teams to achieve project completion within the committed timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in planning and scheduling of residential construction projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Primavera P6 – Mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction activities, sequencing, and project execution.
- Experience in high-rise / large-scale residential projects will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to proactively identify project risks and drive corrective actions.
- Strong ownership and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for a bold, proactive, and result-oriented Planning Manager with solid project planning and coordination capabilities. The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage project schedules, work closely with execution and cross-functional teams, identify potential delays at an early stage, and drive recovery actions to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling.
- Experience in real estate / residential construction is preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Primavera P6.
- Candidates currently working with reputed real estate / construction companies will be preferred.
