Pre-Sales Wedding Manager – Telecalling & Lead Conversion

*Role Overview*

We are looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Wedding Manager who can professionally handle wedding enquiries, build strong conversations with families and convert qualified leads into property visits and confirmed bookings.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle incoming wedding enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and digital platforms.

* Conduct high-volume, productive calling and timely follow-ups.

* Understand the client’s budget, wedding dates, guest count, room requirements and decision-making process.

* Qualify every lead using BANTA: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline and Action.

* Present Touchwood Bliss wedding packages, venues, rooms, food and experiences confidently.

* Convert enquiries into qualified prospects and confirmed property visits.

* Coordinate site visits with the wedding sales and operations teams.

* Share presentations, proposals, photographs and videos promptly.

* Follow up consistently until the lead is closed or properly categorized.

* Handle initial objections related to pricing, location, availability and packages.





* Maintain complete and accurate lead updates in the CRM.

* Achieve daily calling, follow-up, site-visit and conversion targets.

* Support the wedding closing team until booking amount is received.

* Re-engage old, inactive and unconverted wedding leads.

*Candidate Requirements*

* Robust experience in telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales or lead conversion.

* Wedding, hospitality, resort, banquet or event-sales experience preferred.

* Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.

* Confident in speaking with couples, parents and key decision-makers.

* Must be highly productive, disciplined and target-oriented.

* Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

* Comfortable working with CRM systems, WhatsApp and Microsoft Excel.

* Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi preferred.

* Must take ownership of lead conversion—not just calling.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
