Job Summary:

Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research Executive to join our Management Department. The role involves research, data analysis, report preparation, documentation, and coordination activities. Candidates will gain exposure to real-time research projects and a professional learning setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research using journals, databases, industry reports, and credible online sources
- Analyze data and prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Prepare documentation, case studies, and business reports
- Handle professional email communication and follow-ups
- Review and proofread content to ensure quality and accuracy
- Support project management and reporting activities




- Stay updated with current industry trends and research methodologies

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Good written English and documentation abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Eligibility:

- BBA & MBA (Management background preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
