Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Calicut. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through field visits.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Promote and sell hardware products to customers.
- Visit clients, dealers, retailers, and potential business locations as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain regular follow-ups with customers.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Field Sales / Hardware Sales.
- BBA or MBA qualification preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of hardware products or related industries will be an added advantage.
