Trainer – Cyber Security & Digital Forensics

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security & Digital Forensics Trainer to deliver practical and investigation-focused training to police officers and cyber cell personnel under a Certificate Course in Cyber Security & Digital Forensics.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of cyber security, cyber crime investigation, digital forensics, mobile forensics, and cyber laws, along with excellent communication and training skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on Cyber Security and Cyber Crime Investigation.
- Train police personnel on Digital Forensics and Mobile Forensics concepts and procedures.
- Explain relevant Cyber Laws, IT Act, and cyber crime investigation procedures.
- Conduct demonstrations of digital forensic and cyber investigation tools at a lab/demo level.
- Provide case-based learning, practical exercises, and real-world investigation scenarios.
- Conduct assessments, practical tests, and trainee evaluations.
- Prepare and deliver training materials in accordance with the approved course syllabus.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and other required documentation.
- Ensure strict confidentiality while handling training-related information and materials.
- Follow all applicable police, government, data protection, and confidentiality protocols.

Required Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / BCA / B.Sc in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Cyber Security
- Digital Forensics
- or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, CHFI, CDFE, or equivalent certifications will be preferred.

Experience Required

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, Digital Forensics, or a related field.




- Experience in Cyber Crime Investigation, Cyber Cell, SOC, Digital Forensics, or Police/Government Training will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should have practical knowledge and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical/adult learners.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Cyber Crime Investigation processes.
- Knowledge of Digital Evidence Handling and Chain of Custody.
- Understanding of Digital and Mobile Forensics.
- Knowledge of relevant Cyber Laws and IT Act provisions.
- Hands-on understanding of forensic/cyber investigation tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to conduct practical and case-based training.
- Professional attitude with a high level of confidentiality.

Compliance Requirements

- Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Must strictly follow police, government, and data confidentiality protocols.
- Must maintain confidentiality of all training materials, case information, and sensitive data.

Training Duration

Training will be conducted as per the approved course structure of approximately 90 / 100 / 120 hours.

Engagement & Compensation

The engagement model may be Full-Time, Part time, Hourly, Session-wise, or Monthly, depending on the candidate's experience, availability, and course requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
