Factory Supervisor at Jindal Tarpaulin Industries
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Jindal Tarpaulin Industries is looking for a responsible and hardworking Factory Supervisor to oversee day-to-day loading, unloading, material handling and labour coordination at our factory in Raipur.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and accounts of materials loaded/unloaded.
- Track and coordinate vehicles entering and leaving the factory.
- Monitor and manage labour attendance, allocation and work.
- Ensure proper handling and movement of materials within the factory.
- Coordinate with drivers, labourers and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify quantities of material being loaded and dispatched.
- Maintain daily records of stock, vehicles, labour and dispatches.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness and proper work practices at the factory.




- Handle other routine supervisory and factory-related responsibilities as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in factory supervision, warehouse, dispatch, loading/unloading or material handling will be preferred.
- Good ability to maintain basic records and stock accounts.
- Should be able to coordinate effectively with labourers and vehicle drivers.
- Responsible, punctual and capable of handling day-to-day factory operations independently.
- Basic knowledge of reading, writing and maintaining registers/records is required.
- Candidates from Raipur or nearby areas will be preferred.
