SMT Shift Incharge

Experience: 5+ Years in SMT | 1+ Year as Shift Incharge

Location: Chh. Sambhajinagar (AURIC)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage SMT production and shift operations.
- Supervise operators and technicians and allocate manpower.
- Hands-on experience with Fuji SMT machines.
- Handle machine setup, feeder loading, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor production targets, quality, downtime, and line efficiency.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Production teams.
- Maintain shift reports and ensure proper shift handover.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality, and safety standards.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on SMT experience.
- 1+ year experience as SMT Shift Incharge.
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes and PCB assembly.
- Good leadership, troubleshooting, and manpower-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
