Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the IEPF Shares Recovery and related legal or services domain.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition

2. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and client meetings to explain recovery services.

3. Client Consultation & Sales Closure

4. Understand client requirements, inheritance issues, and documentation status.

5. Educate clients on the IEPF recovery process, timelines, and regulatory framework.

6. Prepare proposals, explain fee structures, and close agreements.

7. Coordinate with legal, documentation, research, and compliance team post-closure.

8. Ensure smooth case handover and track progress milestones.

9. Compliance & Process Awareness

10. Maintain updated knowledge of IEPF rules, SEBI guidelines, RTA processes, and

succession laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Any Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.





2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (legal/financial services preferred).

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

4. Working knowledge of IEPF, demat, shares recovery, succession, or capital markets

is a strong advantage but not Mandatory

5. Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines effectively.

Preferred Experience

1. Experience in IEPF claims, share recovery, demat services, legal consulting, or wealth

advisory.

2. Exposure to working with RTAs, SEBI regulations, or inheritance-related cases.

Compensation & Perks

1. Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives

2. Learning exposure in legal & financial recovery services

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Sales: 1 year (Required)
- IEPF: 1 year (Preferred)
