About the Role

We are looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly On-Camera Content Creator to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content and managing social media content for the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Appear confidently on camera for Reels, short videos, promotional videos, advertisements, and client campaigns.
- Create engaging and creative content ideas, scripts, hooks, and concepts for social media.
- Handle and manage social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and publish regular content across different social media platforms.
- Shoot high-quality videos using a professional camera or smartphone.
- Create Reels, product videos, promotional videos, educational content, trend-based videos, and brand videos.
- Research trending topics, reels, audio, hashtags, and social media trends.
- Develop and maintain social media content calendars for the company and clients.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams to execute content campaigns.
- Understand client requirements and create content according to their brand image and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience response.
- Suggest new content ideas and strategies to improve social media growth and engagement.
- Participate in indoor, outdoor, client,



and event shoots whenever required.
- Ensure content is published on time and maintains brand quality and consistency.

Required Skills

- Must be confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Hands-on experience in social media handling and content creation.
- Good understanding of Reels, short-form videos, trends, hashtags, and social media engagement.
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing, and audio.
- Creative thinking and strong storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and content requirements.
- Good coordination and time-management skills.

Preferred

- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
- Experience managing multiple social media handles will be an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Influencer, Anchor, or Video Presenter is preferred.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of Reels/videos will be preferred.

Salary- depending on experience, skills, and portfolio.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is creative, energetic, confident on camera, social-media savvy, and capable of independently handling content creation and social media activities for multiple brands.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
