About the Opportunity

Atluri Developers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a hands-on and quality-focused Finishing Engineer for Atluri Ascend. We are looking for an engineer who understands that great finishing requires precision, detailing, disciplined site execution and delivery of every area in handover-ready condition.

Commercial building experience is mandatory. Candidates with only residential finishing experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to-day architectural and interior finishing activities as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

· Execute and monitor flooring, stone, tile, false ceiling, gypsum, painting, polishing, cladding, doors, hardware, glass, glazing, joinery, carpentry, washroom, lobby, corridor and common-area works.

· Check dimensions, levels, alignment, slopes, joints, surface finish, colour consistency and workmanship.

· Read and interpret architectural drawings, interior drawings, details, shop drawings and BOQs.

· Coordinate with Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting and ELV teams before closing walls, ceilings and other finishes.

· Supervise subcontractor manpower, set daily targets and monitor productivity and completion.

· Inspect incoming materials against approved samples and specifications.

· Identify quality defects,



ensure immediate rectification and protect completed finishes from damage by subsequent trades.

· Prepare floor-wise and area-wise snag lists and follow up until complete closure.

· Maintain inspection requests, checklists, measurement records and daily/weekly progress reports.

· Support the Project Manager during inspections, snagging, de-snagging and final handover.

Candidate Requirements

· B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

· 5-7 years of hands-on site execution experience.

· Commercial building finishing experience is mandatory.

· Experience in Grade-A commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate offices, business parks, managed office spaces or mixed-use commercial developments is preferred.

· Strong knowledge of premium architectural finishes, drawings, specifications and quality inspection.

· Proven contractor/subcontractor supervision and snag-closure experience.

· Strong site coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
