RESPONSIBILITIES include the following functions;

- Sampling Biochemistry, Hematology and other department sampling in duty hours.
- Perform Internal & external quality control of all departments.
- Doing and checking of calibration of all department machines on its timely duration as per the requirements.
- Maintain stock of the department (biochemistry, hematology, serology & clinical pathology)
- Inform critical values to consultants under guidance of pathologist
- Inform pathologist or service engineer in case of any instrumental breakdown / malfunction
- Maintaining Records of Instruments maintenance, Calibration, Controls, Levy-Jennings chart, Break-downs, Stock of kits/ materials used in department etc.
- Updating the non-conformity and taking corrective and preventive action on it in the liaison with top management.
- Receiving samples checking with TRF with home visits and WhatsApp messages.
- Register patients, label the collected samples & deliver to respected department
- Entering data in the outsourced sample register.
- Entering data in sample discard log.
- Updating daily temperature & maintaining record log.
- Reporting of test results.
- Cross verification of positive and higher range reading.




- Checking of BMW waste in all departments.
- Performing outgoing control process.
- Feeling of NC form for QC outliers.
- Updating data in repeat/ recheck sample log.
- Updating sample rejection lot.
- Responsible for sample acceptance in accordance with sample requirement defined in Test procedure and Responsible for proper communication for sample rejection to reception department.
- Maintaining the storage of the samples for post-analysis tests as per the sample storage policy.
- Responsible for maintaining all records and data as per Document control policy.
- Data review of test results during off-duty hours /emergency duties
- Responsible for maintaining healthy and professional environment in section.
- Daily reporting to HOD on TAT out, sample repeat and rejection & on report pending and on routine NC and on QC outliers.
- These all tasks will be divided as per Lab Incharge’s instruction, according to work load of Lab and as per requirement in the department.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
