About HUL FF Alumni Network

HUL FF Alumni Network is an independent, not-for-profit community for individuals who have spent 1+ years in the HUL Field Force anywhere in India.

Our objective is to build a strong, connected alumni community that creates meaningful and lasting value for its members at every stage of their life and career.

About the Role

We are looking for a Community In-charge to manage the day-to-day operations of the HUL FF Alumni Network.

This is a full-time, hands-on role involving member management, community administration, communications, social media coordination, and event support. The person will work closely with the Steering Committee and will be expected to ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate execution of agreed activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Member & Database Management

Maintain and regularly update the alumni member database.

Manage current member entries, verification, corrections, and member records.

Ensure the database remains accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Membership & Admissions

Manage the membership admission process as per the defined guidelines.

Conduct initial LinkedIn verification followed by WhatsApp verification.

Coordinate with prospective members and ensure timely completion of the admission process.

Escalate exceptions or cases requiring a decision to the Steering Committee.

3. Community & Social Media Management

Administer the community’s WhatsApp and LinkedIn platforms.

Schedule and publish approved content in a timely manner.

Support community engagement across relevant digital platforms, including LinkedIn,



WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram and X.

Ensure communications are consistent with the guidelines and direction provided by the Steering Committee.

4. Member Communication

Respond to member queries and provide timely assistance.

Escalate matters requiring a decision or intervention to the Steering Committee.

Draft and circulate member communications, including announcements, reminders, updates, event invitations, and other approved communications.

5. Events & Community Activities

Support the planning and execution of the annual alumni event.

Maintain RSVP and participation records.

Coordinate vendor follow-ups and event-related checklists.

Provide administrative and coordination support for other community initiatives as required.

6. Steering Committee Support

Coordinate meeting schedules and agendas as required.

Take accurate minutes of Steering Committee meetings and circulate them for confirmation.

Track agreed action items and follow up on pending operational activities.

Reporting & Governance

The Community In-charge will report directly to the Steering Committee.

The role is responsible for execution and day-to-day administration. Decisions relating to strategy,



campaign direction, agency appointments, major communications, and event planning will remain with the Steering Committee and should be referred to them for direction or approval.

Candidate Profile - We are looking for someone who is:

- A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple activities simultaneously.
- A self-starter who can work independently and deliver without constant follow-up.
- Responsive, dependable, and comfortable working to deadlines.
- Comfortable managing digital platforms and social media.
- Good at building relationships and interacting professionally with a diverse alumni community.
- Discreet and mature in handling member information and committee communications.

Experience & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in community management, administration, customer/member engagement, social media coordination, event management, or a similar role.
- Experience managing WhatsApp communities, LinkedIn pages/groups, or other digital communities will be an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of digital communication and social media platforms including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and X.

Preferred age: 25 – 35 years.

Salary commensurate with experience and fitment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
