Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships, understand client requirements, coordinate event execution and ensure successful delivery of events.

The ideal candidate should have strong client-facing skills and experience in event management, corporate events, experiential marketing, BTL or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements, briefs and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders for smooth event execution.
- Manage client expectations and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of events as per client requirements.
- Prepare regular account status reports and conduct post-event evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle client concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction.




- Stay updated on event industry trends and provide relevant insights.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management.
- Experience in Event Management / Experiential Marketing / BTL / Corporate Events preferred.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
- Candidates based in Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
