· 1–3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales / PropTech / Real Estate sales preferred.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
· Good negotiation and closing skills.
· Target-driven and self-motivated.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
