JOB VACANCY – HEALTH SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage health clinics and health-related activities for general and pregnancy follow up.
- Maintain patient records, registers, files and Excel databases.
- Support maternal & child health, pregnancy and infant follow-up.
- Coordinate vaccination, birth certificate and family planning follow-up.
- Implement student health programmes including iron supplementation and deworming.
- Conduct community visits, beneficiary follow-up and health awareness activities.
- Coordinate with doctors, health promoters, beneficiaries and project staff.
- Organize health workshops, camps and awareness programmes.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.




- Calculate monthly salaries of Health Promoters.
- Perform other health-related duties assigned by the Project Coordinator.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel & ppt.
- Positive organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to work in the community.
- Experience in NGO, healthcare, health promotion or community work will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 6 hours per day
Salary: 10 to 12K
