Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) for the Tender Department with experience in construction contracting projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, tender preparation, BOQ analysis, cost estimation, vendor coordination, and supporting the tender submission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and verification of BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Quantity take-off from drawings and specifications.
- Preparation of cost estimates and rate analysis.
- Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
- Preparation and submission of tender documents within deadlines.
- Analysis of project costs and budgeting.
- Assist in techno-commercial evaluations.
- Preparation of comparison statements for vendor quotations.
- Coordination with project, planning, and procurement teams.




- Maintain tender documentation and records properly.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation.
- Experience in building / industrial construction projects.
- Good understanding of tendering procedures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel.
- Robust analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.

Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in contractor companies is preferred.
- Experience in industrial/ commercial construction.
- Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
