Position: Sales & Business Development Manager – Rigid Plastic Packaging
Location: Delhi
Salary: 50k-60k depands upon experience
Experience: minimum 6 years
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to explore new brands and generate business for:
- PET and HDPE jars
- Nutraceutical and supplement containers
- Supplement boxes
- Pharmaceutical containers
- Food, healthcare and FMCG rigid packaging products
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach brands requiring PET/HDPE jars and containers
- Generate business from nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food and FMCG companies
- Develop relationships with brand owners, purchase teams and packaging professionals
- Manage product presentations, enquiries, quotations, negotiations and order closures
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Coordinate internally for sampling, product development, pricing and dispatch
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging packaging requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience in PET/HDPE jars, supplement packaging, pharmaceutical containers or rigid plastic packaging
- An established network with brands and purchase decision-makers in the relevant industries
- Robust business-development, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently identify prospects and convert them into customers
- Willingness to travel for meetings and business development
