Role: Performance Marketer

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The candidate should be able to manage paid campaigns, generate quality leads, analyze campaign performance, and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

· Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spending.

· Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and ROI.

· Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.

· Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.

· Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

· Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI.

· Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and events.

· Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and requirements.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google and Meta advertising.

· Manage multiple campaigns and achieve performance targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Hands-on experience with Google Ads.

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).





· Positive understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.

· Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Data-driven approach and attention to detail.

· Good communication and reporting skills.

EXPERIENCE

· 1–2 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
